iMAXX Merchandising Sdn Bhd is a professionally managed merchandising entity that was incorporated in 2004 upon the belief that good Merchandising is an oft-overlooked but necessary measure in effective Field Marketing. Under the direction of its founders, it embarked on extensive R&D in retail and Field Marketing execution, formatting SOPs according to category needs.
In 2006, the management team initiated a determined push towards providing insightful and executable Market Intelligence to its clients. An extensive R&D and a sizeable capital investment later, resulted in intelliMaxX™ — A robust, yet flexible system that collects trade information from retail outlets all over Malaysia via GSM networks.
Starting with a team of 35 and initially operating only in the Klang Valley, iMAXX Merchandising Group has since grown into an organization that employs a well-trained staff of 250+ strong (and growing). iMAXX has a market presence in all the International Key Accounts, Local Chains and Pharmacies. We are also serving the Lower Trade category in major towns in Peninsular Malaysia, with on-going expansionary plans to service East Malaysia. Current MNC clients include Dutch Lady, Osram, Coca Cola and Unilever.
